Shipping policy

 



  • We offer flat rate shipping to our customers through DHL, as well as upgraded shipping offerings through Fedex. 
  • Fedex is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please be mindful of this if electing for upgraded shipping options at checkout.
  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless the order contains pre-order products. You will be notified by email when your order ships and provided with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 1-2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder.
  • Shipping times vary based on the method of delivery and shipping destination. Holiday volume and carrier issues may result in delays - but generally, orders within the United States are received in 2-7 business days.
  • We offer Express Shipping options through FedEx, including both Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping. Express Shipping times are based on business days (so, do not include holidays/ weekends), and apply once the order has been tendered to the shipping courier. Please note, processing time for each order may take up to 3 business days before being transferred to the shipping courier.
  • We offer Order Protection packaging protection on every order which insures ARMRA shipments during transit. *Please note, if the customer opts to remove Order Protection from their order, ARMRA is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • All prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using something like this currency converter.
  • ARMRA orders can be shipped to most countries and international shipping prices vary by territory. Please see shipping choices by carrier during check-out. Customers are responsible for the cost of any duties or additional taxes incurred. International shipping times vary based on the service selected and customs processing time.
  • If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including to the shipping address, please contact us by email (help@armra.com(opens in new tab) or help@tryarmra.com(opens in new tab)) as soon as possible after placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any further alterations.

 

Returns

 

Since ARMRA is a food, we maintain a strict health code and are not able to accept returns on all items. Please see the list below to find the specific refund policy for each ARMRA product. 

  • Immune Revival Travel Sticks - If you’re not 100% satisfied with your ARMRA Travel Sticks we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase to the original payment method. You can find more information on how to initiate a return below. 

  • Immune Revival Jars - ARMRA Jars may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition. If the tamper proof seal has been removed or damaged in any way we can no longer accept returns. 

  • Accessories - All accessories including The Whirl, The ARMRA Carafe and The Tote Bag are final sale unless stated otherwise on our website. 

  • Gifted Products - All gifted items, including gift cards or products redeemed through our loyalty program, are ineligible for return. 

For return-eligible items, you may request a return by emailing us at help@armra.com. We are happy to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For international returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and the costs associated. Any return made without first contacting help@armra.com will be considered an unauthorized return and cannot be refunded. Please note: returned products must be received in their original packaging.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $6 processing fee. You can always contact us for any return questions at help@armra.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by sending a picture of the issue to help@armra.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, less the $6 processing fee and cost of return shipping if you use our pre-paid label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
